Midsummer week is here and summer holidays are surely just around the corner for many. Before we head out to the summer pastures, we wanted to gather some news from Pivaset and a few upcoming events.
More capacity for Pivaset production
The sheet metal manufacturing of our fire extinguishing products has been transferred to our new partner Pertemet Oy. The new partnership enables the production of Pivaset's products in an even more modern production environment. In addition, the change provides for an increase in the capacity of Pivaset's own production facility. In the future, Pivaset's own production facilities will include painting and assembly of fire hydrant cabinets and hose reels.
Pivaset at FinnBuild fair
We are participating in Finland's largest building and building services event, the FinnBuild fair at the Helsinki Exhibition and Convention Centre on 8.-10.10.2024. FinnBuild has been organised since 1974 and brings together all players in the construction industry. FinnBuild is the largest construction industry event in Finland in terms of participating companies, number of visitors and exhibition area.

Summer opening hours and delivery times
Pivaset Oy's production and warehouse operations will spend summer holidays 15.7.2024 - 4.8.2024 (weeks 29, 30 and 31). During this period, no products are sent to customers and shipments are not received at the factory.
We hope that you will take this into account in your own operations, for example with regard to delivery times. By concentrating holidays on a short period of time, we aim to minimize disruptions in production around the holiday season.
